Every aspect of service was exceptional. The technician resolved the problem quickly, explained what I could do if the problem arose again, assessed the overall condition of the garage door, and with my approval took care of needed lubrication. He was pleasant and helpful in all his communication with me. If there is any need for additional help in the future, I definitely will turn to Precision Door Service.

They showed up well within the time frame as promised. They pointed out things I did not know about for future reference and did not try to sell me things that were not necessary.
