Josh Stone came out to assess a very squeaky track on a belt drive that is normally very quiet. He was able to determine what the problem was, make some adjustments to fix the problem and helped me understand what the root cause of the problem was. He tuned up both of my doors and all us right with the world again. No more squeaks. Thanks for your help.

I contacted Precision door and the receptionist was very helpful. She tried to get me a today appointment but ended up with an early appointment the very next day. We were happy. Josh showed up during the promised time and he was very professional, thorough in his inspection and listened to our concerns. He did a great job and a timely manner and we are happy with the results. Highly recommend Precision door and working with Josh the technician.

We purchased two new LiftMaster Garage Door Openers and received excellent service and installation. We found the cost to be quite reasonable and the technicians were very knowledgeable, efficient and most courteous. Trevor was at our house within 15 minutes of our call which was amazing. He quickly repaired a very broken (i.e. the mount holding up the chair rod ripped away from the garage wall) garage door opener, and he also replace our ailing opener with a new one. Was very professional. Very quick. Very friendly. We were super pleased at the service provided.
