I am most pleased with both the quality of service, the skills, knowledge and personability of technician Jeramy and the repairs and upgrades that have been made to my garage door. He not only worked quickly and efficiently, but he also didn't seem to mind my sidewalk supervision, and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone.

Your Price$119.95 Fuel Charge/Enviro Fee Environmental Fee - Miscellaneous Hardware/product/Enviro Fee/Fuel Charge Your Price$15.95 So I get $119.95 service call. But $15.95 For Environmental Fee? We also paid for the parts replaced besides. Fuel charges should be part of the Service Charge right?

We purchased this garage door and opener from Precision about twelve years ago, and it has performed very well. Recently, it wouldn't shut all the way, so we called Precision and had a technician out in about two hours. Wow, is all I can say about Precision Garage service. Dylan Leonard was excellent! We were very pleased with his work. He adjusted the door at no cost to us!! They always try to keep the costs down and explain their plans so that we have a thorough understanding of what is going on and are able to discuss it and agree on the plan to fix it. We also have an RV garage that needed a new garage door, so we immediately called Precision, but unfortunately, they do not do RV garage doors. I highly recommend this company! I promise you will be pleased with the product and their work. I can not say enough good about them! This is the one purchase I will never regret. Thank you, Precision. I am retired from Los Angeles Sheriff's Department, and I am always very direct with communication, so this review is as direct as I can make it. Hope this helps.
