Josh was amazing! Arrived prpmptly within appointment window. Was very friendly and professional and listened to my concerns/ answered my questions. Gave me affordable options and let me decide without any pressure. Had to wait a few days for the right size of motor that our garage opener needed. He was informative and rescheduled follow up installation appointment. Returned on time, did great work, cleaned up better than he found my garage! He even reprogrammed multiple cars with built in door openers. He was punctual, conscientious, courteous and very patient and helpful. Great experience! Highly recommend this company and this outstanding service technician!!

I was very pleased that Precision was able to send a tech to fix our garage door on the same day I called. The technician, Bryan Narvaez was excellent. As it turns out, our garage door motor was not failing. Bryan made some adjustments to the motor and it works fine now. He did not charge us for the adjustment or the service call. However, our motor is old and will probably need to be replaced in the near future and I will call Bryan to purchase a new motor and have him install it for us.

The technician Trevor Cullens was very helpful and professional. He explained all the workings of the garage door and went beyond all my expectations of what was required of him . I want to thank you for sending him out to do the repair on my garage door.

The young man who fixed my garage door was awesome. He had it done in no time He even saw where the previous garage company had not installed parts right. He was very nice. He fixed my remotes for me. And all with a smile!

1) You need to revise your pull down service menu, as NONE of the choices were what my service call was. I was meeting to get an estimate for an entirely new garage door, where one has never been. 2) Vincent was very professional, very helpful, answered all my questions. He was a good representative.
