The service I received was excellent. I love your product (garage door opener) and have always had the best service from this unit. The Tech was very knowledgeable, friendly and provided me with the best service possible. Someday whenever I may need a new garage door opener, I will definitely purchase one from your company.

Your repairman did a great job. He advised me to do a complete overhaul, becasue the door is used alot, and this would avoid another service call in the near furture.

JEFF was very helpful and did many extra things to make sure I was satified with the service. He installed a remote door opener and took the time to make sure all door were working and that I knew how to operate them before he left. He did a great job.
