Had 1 broken spring but decided to replace springs on both doors. All new wheels and fine tuned both doors. Much quieter and opens farther now. All done in an hour!! Super job!! Jeff knows his stuff!!

Josh was super friendly and informative. He promptly repaired my garage door that had multiple issues. He also helped me prevent a future issue from potential damage. All around great service and excellent tech. Very knowledgeable.

Precision was able to make our service call the same day--even though it wasn't an emergency. Technician Josh Stone was great about keeping us informed about his arrival time. And he did a great job letting us know what our door motor needed, and offering no-pressure options. We'll definitely use Precision again!

Job is not finished parts need to be ordered and received

I so upset to have door garage door problems so close to Christmas but, Precision Door came right out and took care of the problem. Jeff couldn't have been kinder and more knowledgeable about my door. Really appreciate such quick, efficient service!
