Jake was amazing! He was extremely professional and his customer service was superb. If I ever need anything for my garage I will be calling him. He was very honest and I appreciated that the bid included tax So there was no surprises when I paid. He went above and beyond what I expected! Great job!

Precision Door handled this matter very quickly. I called on Wednesday and they arrived the next day. Jake was very personable and arrived at the first of the previously quoted appointment time that I was given. He gave me several options to consider and then did the work that I had requested. His work was completed quickly and my garage was left clean. I was provided a quote ahead of time that was fair. I would highly recommend Precision Doors to anyone.

I wish all the service people I come in contact with were as great as Jake! He came in and it took about 5 seconds for him to fix the problem. It was an easy fix but he double checked everything before he left. Yay Jake!

Even though the only thing he had to do was plug it back in(dad unplugged it for some reason. He’s 90) the repairman checked out everything to make sure it was working correctly. He was also very continuous of the current virus situation.

Our garage door service was completed 1 day after our phone request. Josh fixed our electronic eye sensors and the door seems to be working correctly once again. I would have never have guessed that the problem was the sensors as I still had lights showing. I am grateful for a trained service technician that can quickly problem solve and fix the problem correctly. Josh provided excellent, fast and quality work. He called prior to arrival to give us a 15 minute heads up of his arrival time which was towards the first of the window quoted for the appointment time from the company. After careful examination, he provided a list of suggested fixes and allowed me to choose which services I wanted to invest in. He worked quickly and left the garage clean. Initially we were just wanting to get an idea of what kind options we had and what it might cost us. Having already met with a few other companies for estimates, we weren't really expecting the positive and pleasant experience like the one we've had with Taylor. It wasn't just his knowledge of multiple garage door options but the fact that he was patient enough to help us understand our options as well.
