Every person that I spoke with in regards to this transaction was more than polite. More than nice and more than very efficient. The gentleman that came out to give me my estimate was very nice and very friendly and then this morning cordon called me and he came out and installed my two garage doors and they look beautiful. They are so much quieter than the doors I had before. The job was done very quickly. Very good and he left no mess at all. I was very very impressed. The door is a beautiful product. Had some issues at first because the door was not consistent with closing. It would come dow 90 percent and go back up. Then it would only go down about 4 inches, I know this was a new install and we had to work out the kinks. It was a simple paper clip that nicked the wire. They diagnosed the issue and now it appears to be working fine.

Anthony was very nice and professional. The quote for a new garage door opener of $850 is higher than expected. On a fixed income I can only afford $600. I may have to go with another company next week.

Dylan continues to be the top- notch technician I’ve come to rely on. His knowledge is unsurpassed and working late nights to service Precision’s customers make all the difference. A true gem.
