The young man who fixed my garage door was awesome. He had it done in no time He even saw where the previous garage company had not installed parts right. He was very nice. He fixed my remotes for me. And all with a smile!

1) You need to revise your pull down service menu, as NONE of the choices were what my service call was. I was meeting to get an estimate for an entirely new garage door, where one has never been. 2) Vincent was very professional, very helpful, answered all my questions. He was a good representative.

We also paid for the parts replaced besides. Fuel charges should be part of the Service Charge right?
