Every person that I spoke with in regards to this transaction was more than polite. More than nice and more than very efficient. The door is a beautiful product. Had some issues at first because the door was not consistent with closing. It would come dow 90 percent and go back up. Then it would only go down about 4 inches, I know this was a new install and we had to work out the kinks. It was a simple paper clip that nicked the wire. They diagnosed the issue and now it appears to be working fine.

Anthony was very nice and professional. The quote for a new garage door opener of $850 is higher than expected. On a fixed income I can only afford $600. I may have to go with another company next week.
