Jake was excellent. He thoroughly inspected by door and reviewed the items that needed attention or could be failing besides the sprints. He provided options for the repair. He was quick and efficient. My garage door opens so easily. It is more quiet that it has ever been. Jake also advised on recommended maintenance for the door and my garage door opener. I am very satisfied with the work that was done! This was an excellent value! I recommend Precision and will use them again in the future!

Tech Jeff Zinz arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed short-circuited sensor wires and fixed them. In his door inspection he found cracks in steel door hinges and I opted to have him replace them (hinges and door are 1979 vintage with modern LiftMaster opener). He was done with work in about 30 minutes total and cost me $345.60. Thanks Jeff!

Jeff was great. Unfortunately he had to come back 2 additional times because the new unit would only work when using the wall mount button. Even the new exterior pad failed to work. It was a huge inconvenience! But Jeff was very nice and understanding and it seems to all work now. He replaced the units this morning. Other than the double charge on my Amex, all it well.

Brian was a great and kind technician, but your pricing (699.00 for a basic spring) is ridiculous and considered price gouging by your competition. Not everybody in Draper is wealthy and stupid. Our family and our friends in our contact list will never make the mistake of using Precision Door Service again. The going rate for a basic spring replacement in the SLC area is 189.00-250.00. He took care of my concern immediately but in addition, he took the time to thoroughly inspect and adjust my door. My entire experience with Precision Door was exceptional!
