The service, a new garage door. Not a broken spring. I was really happy with Spencer. He did a great Job. Not happy with wait time on door install. But what do you do. I will recommend you guys. 4 1/2 stars out of 5.

The technician analyzed the situation and totally fixed the problem with my garage door. He was good to work with and took extra time to explain my questions.

Vincent was very professional. He called as he was on his way, and called to update us all the way through the finding of parts and his service. He is very courteous and prompt. He was willing to "band-aid fix" our opener so we wouldn't be left without the use of our garage while waiting for parts. He then did a search and found the parts needed and came back early the following day to install. The garage door is now working perfectly. I will use and recommend Precision Garage Door Service from now on.

Friendly repairman but quiet after I rejected his three offers to upgrade service, from about $1200 to almost $3000. All I wanted was garage door spring replaced. I had been quoted a service call fee and the spring cost from the office. That was what I asked for. Eventually that is what I got. Cost me less than $300. Perfect.

Dylan was very prompt called before he came and did a great job checking out our garage door talked to my husband and explained very well what’s needed to fix it. Best experience I have ever had with a garage door company. The technician was on time, knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. I will recommend Precision Garage door solely based on this service. Only wish I had him do the initial install 8 months ago. Haha. Thank you!!

Dylan was great and very knowledgeable. He did a great job. Overpriced service. I think that the parts were very overpriced and once the technician is here there is no option for me to say that to him because he cannot change it. Also when I called to schedule the appointment they said to me that the $80 service fee would applied to the total cost of the job but that was not the case. It was added separately to the total cost. Anyway all these pricing tricks are not very honest but I guess is part of your business model.
