Nick was great and helped me pick the perfect door. We had some trouble finding the perfect color, but Nick had great insight and allowed us to choose the best option. Well, I can go on and on over the quick response and the great service we received from Precision . After a meeting time was set (within minutes of calling) We were contacted by an installer, Jeramy Evans. He took customer service to the next level. Inspecting the condition of our door and space, the age of our doors equipment and listening to our needs...he had options and quotes in minutes. Within 4 hours we had a new garage door opener installed and minor upgrades to our original hardware done. yes, Done! I loved this experience. The technician did a great job, kept us informed on what they were doing and took the time to explain the new door opener and how it worked. And because the old opener wasn’t strong enough they put in a stronger one at no charge!!! I can’t say enough good things about them.
