Very professional, timely, and courteous. The work was well done and it was clear the technician really knew his stuff. Only four stars because I felt it was a bit pricey, but as I have no real frame of reference that may be an unfair criticism.

I want to replace my garage doors with electric ones. Cody came out today (Feb 16th) and walked me through what it would take. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was polite but friendly, which I appreciate. He also gave me a detailed estimate in about 15 minutes, and then emailed me a copy. All in all I'm impressed with Precision and their products, and especially with Cody.

we set up an appointment right when I called, they came when scheduled and did the work on site very quickly and professionally. Great attention to covid safety protocols and very courteous and friendly. Felt a bit pricey, but not having a good frame of reference I don't know if that's an accurate criticism.

LED light replaced. Jake was very professional and went above and beyond by tightening bolts on garage door. Love dealing with precision. Thanks again for your prompt service.

Blaine was really respectful and did a great job. Loved how it turned out. Meet them in the morning and let me know what they were going to do and asked me questions to make sure it was set up to my liking. Super quick and easy. The door is great and the WiFi capabilities are great. Took about 10 mins to set up one I knew what to do. All in all 10/10 for the installation job by Blaine and the product 10/10. Been paying for service on old door every year for a new problem but should of just gotten a new one sooner.

Jon was knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job resetting our opener, keypad, and clickers! Much better to have him come over than to spend time watching YouTube videos and reading confusing instructions to try to figure it out on my own.

Jeff was very quick to notice some problems with my garage door, some things it was lacking for safety from it's original install in 1985. He was able to get everything corrected quickly and efficiently. He was very polite and professional!
