Jeff knew exactly how to restore my garage door codes in a matter of minutes. We checked key-pad, the car, and the home openers and they all worked as they should. Thanks for the help, and for explaining how to reset them if I have a power break in the future.

Justin arrived early after calling me 20 minutes prior to my appointment. He assessed the damage and explained clearly what was needed. He made his repairs and scheduled the bottom panels replacement. He was professional from start to finish and treated me fairly. I would never use any service other than Precision Door because of his outstanding service.

We have used Precision a few times over the years and have always been very happy. With this visit I was pleased that I (1) received a text letting me know our tech was on the way, (2) the text included our tech's name and a photo! Shortly after the text I received a call from tech Justin to confirm he was on his way and to give me an estimate of his arrival! We requested service due to issues in programming replacement remotes for our garage door and some problems with the existing keypad. We had a good garage door opener that was experiencing radio frequency interference due to LED light bulbs! Our tech Justin checked and resolved that immediately. We had new remotes programmed that he tested for us from varying distances to assure functionality. Our keypad was older and not as responsive as we wanted so he replaced and programmed that. He also did a great once over on the door and it's parts giving it a great basic service going into Winter. He was on time, very courteous and capable. He worked efficiently but took the time to check everything! I am always happy with the service we receive from Precision and Justin was a fine example of the type of employee we expect to see with the company.
