Jon arrived promptly as scheduled, inspected our garage door, told me the options for the repair, and was very efficient in performing the repairs agreed to. The door is working fine. However, I have not yet received a receipt detailing the cost and services performed. Please provide this as soon as possible.

Very professional, timely, and courteous. The work was well done and it was clear the technician really knew his stuff. Only four stars because I felt it was a bit pricey, but as I have no real frame of reference that may be an unfair criticism.

I want to replace my garage doors with electric ones. Cody came out today (Feb 16th) and walked me through what it would take. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was polite but friendly, which I appreciate. He also gave me a detailed estimate in about 15 minutes, and then emailed me a copy. All in all I'm impressed with Precision and their products, and especially with Cody.

we set up an appointment right when I called, they came when scheduled and did the work on site very quickly and professionally. Great attention to covid safety protocols and very courteous and friendly. Felt a bit pricey, but not having a good frame of reference I don't know if that's an accurate criticism.
