Josh Stone did an amazing job at replacing my garage door. He was running ahead of schedule, so called to see if he could come a little early. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and took care of the garage quickly. He was professional and polite, he did an amazing job.

The service by Precision Garage Door Service was excellent. Prior to commencement there was constant communications with the company. The service tech Trevor called me and arrived on time. He was very professional and certainly knew his stuff. The job was completed speedily and to my complete satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Needed a new door, Precision had the most options, color choices, etc. Price was good and almost the same as other bidders. We picked Precision over other bidders for their good customer service and initial response time (early bird gets the worm). The initial sales visit was quick and efficient, Vincent was awesome and able to zero in on what we needed and not do crazy up sells or anything. The installation visit was also quick and efficient, Walker explained everything to us when he was done. T hank you Walker! I recommend Precision to anyone, especially if you are getting a brand new install. So easy and good quality options.

Had to have a broken garage door spring repaired. Called Precision and they was able to get someone out the same day. Russell Holland went over everything with me and answered all my questions. I would use Precision again if any other issues came up.

Jake, Spencer , Cordin and the team are fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone! We did, however, have a problem with Martin Doors. Not Precision’s fault at all but Martin was difficult to deal with. Had it not been for Curtis at Martin this would have been a lot worse. Precision sells many kinds of doors, I would think twice about Martin.
