The sales representative was a very nice, helpful and honest person. The door took months longer to arrive and we weren't notified of the delay initially. When contacted the company responded promptly, however. The door and the motor are very nice quality. Everything was installed in just a few hours by a very knowledgeable and experienced employee.

Anthony was great fast professional, nice guy.

Scheduled service in morning for a door that ended up crooked. They were at my door within a few hours. Tech was nice and explained everything. Gave good maintenance tips and was done in less than an hour. Purchased door from them a couple years ago and went back when I needed help because I remember them be quick and friendly. Thanks!

I tried to back out of my garage without opening the garage door! Needless to say, the door was damaged and would not go down. Bryan came within 2 hours of me calling. I appreciated his promptness. Most favorable service & installation from Josh & Spencer with Precision Garage Doors. Immediate response to my phone call. Josh came the next day, diagnosed the issues. On time, efficient & polite. New door recommended. The next AM, Spencer arrived, again on time, personable & most efficient. Complete new door & system installed by noon. Company came highly recommendedi by neighbors, I will do the same. Very impressed with both Josh & Spencer representing their company. .

We are more than satisfied with the help we received from Anthony installing our new springs and also garage door opener. Our door broke on Christmas Eve - and he was kind enough to come the morning after Christmas to help us out. He was professional and completed the repair in a very inefficient manner. Precision Door's customer service and installation were superior. I worked with multiple representatives and installers, all were professional, considerate, gave me options with the pros and cons. I did not feel pressured to buy the most expensive unit, but the unit that was best for the needs of my home and family. I can't express how wonderful Precision Door Service is and I highly recommend them!
