I decided to replace a 20+ year wood garage door. Precision Garage Door Service in a timely manner presented me with a catalog of many types and manufacturers of garage doors. After choosing one that I had in mind, namely an insulated door, it was ordered and installed promptly after arriving from the manufacturer. I'm pleased with Precision's service and would recommend Precision to others who need service on an existing garage door or a new replacement door.

I bought the garage door silencing package advertised for $99 ... and I thought that would be all I would have to pay. But I ended up paying over twice that price. Precision should make sure their customers understand what the price will be before the work is done.

Zinc wasn’t here for the garage door spring repair. That repair was completed several months ago. I was happy with that repair. On this visit he didn’t help me. I would’ve like to talk to a technician briefly to find out whether a service car would’ve been helpful

What a delightful technician Jon Ferreira is & an expert in efficiently repairing our noisy failing garage door spring assembly & remote openers! Jon arrived early and gave us a detailed explanation of what needed to be done & gave us options. Upon making our decision, Jon set about making the repairs and Voila! an amazing silent garage door, a brighter overhead light and easy to use keypad! We love it! We’ll request Jon and refer Precision to everyone we know!
