We have one beautiful garage door at our home. The door we ordered took a bit longer than we expected. When we spoke to Becky she took care of our problem and gave us a great deal because of the delay. Once the door arrived the installation crew were amazing. They installed this wonderful door in just a short time and cleaned up after themselves as well. Our garage is so much warmer and the beautiful white color brightens up both the inside of the garage and the whole face of our home. We couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!

Dylen was very professional, friendly & did an amazing job replacing our broken springs and cables. I'll be using them again once we're ready to upgrade our rollers and other old parts on our 50 year old doors. Thank you Dylen!

The sensors were not working properly. After the new garage door was installed they were working, however, several hours later they would not allow the door to close. After further review by Dylen and Spencer they were replaced and now they are working very well and I have had no further issues. Spencer followed up with me to make sure I was trouble free and was happy. I very much appreciate your interest in making sure the problem was resolved to my satisfaction.

Spencer was very polite and after speaking about the install went straight to work. My new door was installed, area cleaned up and old door hauled away in less than 2 hours. It was obvious that he was very experienced. Thanks you

Hours after my new garage door install I could not get it to go down and the message on the opener read check sensors and alignment. I could not see anything wrong. I phoned for service and Sam was here very quickly. I told him what I had checked and after he checked all sensors and alignment he checked to make sure the door was functioning correctly-which is was. Sam was very polite. Thank you for the rapid response.

First this review is for Dylen not Cody as indicated by the review form sent. Dylen right away made us feel comfortable that we had someone who was going to listen and do a great job by how he handled our description of what we were dealing with and how he went about diagnosing the system. As he continued working he was very comfortable with me watching and asking questions. I imagine many home owners are curious to know how thier property is being handled and changed but at the same time know how uncomfortable it can be to personally be watched while working. But I feel Dylen was real at ease and diligent in his work as I stood around. Made me feel real good that I had chosen Precision Door. - Sandy, UT

Cody helped me understand my garage door opener operation, and discussed the issues with the door not closing. we discussed the age of my existing door and its issues to repair so I decided to replace it. Cody was very pleasant to talk with and explained everything in detail to me.
