We purchased this garage door and opener from Precision about twelve years ago, and it has performed very well. Recently, it wouldn't shut all the way, so we called Precision and had a technician out in about two hours. Wow, is all I can say about Precision Garage service. Dylan Leonard was excellent! We were very pleased with his work. He adjusted the door at no cost to us!! They always try to keep the costs down and explain their plans so that we have a thorough understanding of what is going on and are able to discuss it and agree on the plan to fix it. We also have an RV garage that needed a new garage door, so we immediately called Precision, but unfortunately, they do not do RV garage doors. I highly recommend this company! I promise you will be pleased with the product and their work. I can not say enough good about them! This is the one purchase I will never regret. Thank you, Precision. Brian Narvaez was our tech today! He placed our garage door opener with a new belt drive Liftmaster that has battery back up and remote camera. Brian was outstanding. We were very pleased with the work that was done.

Anthony was very nice and professional. The quote for a new garage door opener of $850 is higher than expected. On a fixed income I can only afford $600. I may have to go with another company next week.
