All the staff very helpful. The repair was done the next day after contacting them. The tech Russell was very knowledgeable, fast, and highly professional. I will definitely have them do work for me again. I will also recommend them to others.

Russell was thorough even before he arrived. He called me twice to say he’d be late and what his ETA was so I wasn’t waiting around. He was very kind and very efficient when it came to fixing our garage. He even went above and beyond for my concerns and tinkered to make things 100% perfect. He was even kind to our dog and children. I highly recommend this company and highly recommend Russell!

Dylan was fantastic. He was very professional, called to let me know he was on his way and was finished installing our new garage opener and spring before I knew it. He even helped me program the remote to my car.

Dylan took care of our garage door both times he was here. He was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. First time here he checked door out said he needed to order the parts and that took some time of course. He came back today and did the repair and we are very happy with our garage door. Vincent was top notch. Stayed late on a Friday to make sure I had a working garage door. He communicated very well and kept us well informed. He gave a thorough explanation of the mechanism and the accessories and how to use them.

Precision came on time and fixed the garage door with no problem. It was a sensor that needed to be replaced. We will use Precision in the future as needed.

Dylan was very prompt called before he came and did a great job checking out our garage door talked to my husband and explained very well what’s needed to fix it. So Dylan is ordering the panels and parts needed to fix our door. He will be in touch when the parts come in and he’ll be back to fix the door. Thank you very much to Dylan!!!

the tech was awesome. was in the area and called to see if he could come out earlier than the scheduled apt. so that was cool. very pleased with the service and how quick it was fixed.

Spencer as usual was efficient knowledgeable and competent he is super easy to work with polite professional and there was not one thing he didn’t overdo when he was here with me I really appreciate how he had handeled me and my case and for always being so polite to me he’s a good man! Vincent returned today and explained the options to fix the uneven closure of the door. I made a choice and he quickly fixed the problem. He was pleasant and efficient and I appreciate his work. The person who I talked to on the phone was not and would benefit from some customer service training. Having said that I would like to apologize for my response to him as well. I should know better.

After completion of service I noticed that one side of the door doesn’t completely close. Further adjustment is needed. I called to have someone return to finish the job, but was told that there would likely be an additional service charge. This seems unreasonable. I hope this can be taken care of promptly as without additional cost.

Jon did an excellent job of explaining the work and completing the work in a timely fashion. FYI: the service was for a broken retraction bracket not the door spring. I really appreciated the quick response since I called the office number last night after normal working hours and Jon was here first thing in the morning. Terrific Service!

Dylan really went above and beyond today. My garage was a furnace in this heat. He did a wonderful job and I really appreciate the good work and prompt service. Thanks so much
