Dylan and Vance came in and assessed the problem, offered me the options without any pressure towards either one. They got right to work and had it done before I knew it. They were friendly and polite. They knew their stuff and I am grateful to have the ability to open our garage door again. Thanks guys!!

Jake came right away, knew just what to do, and got us back to a garage door that worked. We replaced springs and rollers and a few other things for a more robust service.

Phone call said strut repair was $100 so I could use the service call coupon (Valpac) yet Jon said the strut repair was only $99 so denied the coupon. This is bad business. Sorry and no warranty for the work I ask to be done with 5 disclaimers is also bad business.

Justin was very nice. He explained everything so I understood. He was efficient & he helped me with my keypad. It sat in a drawer for 6 1/2 years and he knew how to program it. I’m very thankful for Justin’s service! Thank you again Diana

Service was fantastic. Technical was courteous and responsible. However, I didn’t receive a breakdown of the work that had been completed.

Precision Garage door is one of the best investments I have ever made. It is the quietest garage door opener I have ever seen. My neighbors can't believe how quiet and smooth it is. Best product ever! But there is always more than that, like service. They have accommodated me by scheduling the repair around my hours and have come out on the weekend. They are prompt, courteous and very professional. Their warranty is fantastic! Like I said, one of the best investments I ever made!

Wow guys! Super quick arrival, kept me updated every step of the way. Got a text then phone call from Justin about arrival time. Quote very straight forward and repair was done within 1/2 hour.
