Fast and professional service. We had Precision at our home before and when it came time to replace our door opener we called them. They came out the same day and took great care of us.

The spring was not broken--just having some door closure issues. Bryan tightened and lubed all the bolts and cleaned away cobwebs. He was efficient and knowledgeable and when I need help with my door again I'll call Precision.

This was for a return call due to the door making a lot of noise when opening and closing. The tech who came out did a great job of adjusting the door and it no is very quiet when opening and closing.

Precision door installed a new garage door for us in 2011. Today, we identified a spring had broke at 8AM. From the time I called to the time the tech Vincent left, it was all of 3 HOURS! Fantastic customer service provided by Vincent! We highly recommend Precision Door. Thank you for being there for us & solving our problem quickly.
