Fantastic service! They called to schedule my appointment, came during the window they had mentioned, installed the new garage door in LESS time than they had mentioned, and did a final talk-through of the changes and updates. It was all super smooth and great!

Vince arrived early in the time slot scheduled. After showing him the issue I had with the door opener, he said he would work up several options. I originally decided to just do a repair. However after the repair in testing the unit, he was able to determine the root cause of the malfunction. The issue was not repairable and required a total door opener replacement. Fortunately, Vince had a replacement unit on his truck and was able to swap out the units rather quickly. Vince was professional, courtious, respectful, and efficient. A great technician.

I made the mistake of resetting my whole garage door system while trying to program home link in the car. Dylan came out and fixed everything within an hour to set us back up. I appreciate the honesty and not being charged for something that didn’t really “break” just a mistake in my part I couldn’t fix myself.

He was great , very friendly and knew what he was doing.

Dylan was very helpful with my keypad. He explained how to clear it and then reset code. He,also,gave me an instruction sheet in case this happens again.
