I had a new garage door installed at our house. I am very pleased with the people I worked with to include Cody Alldredge in sales to the installers, one of which was Spencer Olsen. Spencer also gave a great explanation as to the features for the new garage door. He also answered our questions. The company worked with us to give us a reasonable price for a great garage door. We love the new garage door!

Jon did an excellent job! He gave us very clear and distinct options so that we could make a well informed decision. He addressed a preventative issue on our other garage door that we didn't know was an issue. He was quick and efficient and very thorough. Thank you!!!

Jake did an excellent job for me. He was very polite and helpful. He worked hard and finished the job quickly. I appreciate him very much.

Cody went over every options, had a sample book with all the doors and hardware to go choose from. He measured and did a thorough inspection of the premises and had some great advice about the products. I ended up wanting the garage door and the motor to go with it. For those concerned about health safety a mask was worn the entire time. I am pleased with the quote and the service.

It’s so nice to have garage doors that open smooth and no noises. Spencer was very nice and polite while installing the doors. I wish all service repair techs Were as efficient.

Excellent service. Requested service this morning and Jeff arrived two hrs ahead of schedule. Spotted the problem right away and fixed it immediately. Jeff was very professional and helpful. Would definitely use Precision again if needed.

From the time of purchase (ordering) of the garage door until installation, it was quite a long time. Then the window inserts took about 3 months after the door installation. The installer was quite proficient and personable and did a great job. As to your customer service, it stinks. I'm referencing the inability to call and connect directly to someone who is helpful. It just didn't happen. I dial the number, put on hold. The person who finally answers puts me on hold to connect to the "office" and then the office is unavailable. There's just too many steps to this process which is poor customer service.

Great service was on time and very friendly. Fixed what was needed and even lubed the door and rollers and did not try and sell me on unessassary things.

Jake was prompt, bright, knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. The system for both garage doors works wonderfully so far. 5 stars.

Very friendly and fast

Very happy with the new garage door it so quite my wife can stay sleeping through me opening it up at 3 am when I leave to work. Her and my son sty sleeping. Nice.

I appreciate Spencer installing the new Liberty 3000 garage door and Lift Master 8550. Spencer was efficient and completed the installation within the timeframe that was stated. It’s so quiet and the temperature of the garage is quite comfortable. Thank you again Spencer.

Awesome replacement job completed by Blaine Limpus! Very professional job—on time, knowledgeable, great work. Garage doors were upgraded to Lincoln 3000 Steel back doors. Couldn’t be happier with the entire job, from estimator to installer!
