Happy with the work received. Vincent was very clear with his communications. Only complaint was Vincent had moved large shelving and other items and did not return them to their place before leaving. I was not home when he did the work and was not able to inspect his work before leaving. Not a big deal, but it would be better customer service to return things to their spot if you must move them, unless it is a ridiculous amount of stuff with no order. Thanks.

Vincent was very courteous and polite. He explained the reason for the repairs, costs and benefits. We asked for business cards to help our neighbors in need.

Our technician Russell was absolutely fantastic. He diagnosed the problem quickly and presented us with our options to replace the old garage door opener. Ge was not pushy and completed the work quickly. He took the time to make sure all of the old garage door remotes were reprogrammed including the built in opener we in our cars. I would highly recommend Russel and Precision Door

Russell did a great job repairing my garage door. He was very through and informed me what needed to be done. He was very friendly and even enjoyed petting my 2 dogs. Russell is someone I would request to service my garage door.

Was very pleased Dylan being on schedule and with his honesty on completing the project. It was a small project that I needed professional assistance with. Dylan was so honest about the cost that I would incur by only billing on the service call. I don't see this in many occasions from a servicing company. I now know where to go for any future Garage problems and also letting others know. Thanks.
