They were able to come out the next day after my spring broke, and the cost was good. I love that they warranty their springs for life, so if we have this problem again it won't cost any more money. The techs were very nice and the work was done in less than an hour. Thank you!

made decision to replace entire outdated and now defunct garage door and opener. Dylen called and was here early, so was glad for that. Price is about as expected, but Precision responded the same day, while we still haven't heard from Home Depot -- whom we tried both online and by phone call to get in touch with over the last three days. I'll be recommending Precision to any neighbors or friends.
