The Service and the Product Sold (above) are slightly inaccurate, but your selection lists don’t give the proper selections. The Product Sold was a set of new (replacement) electronic “eyeballs” because the caps (cheap-axxxd plastic ones broke when touched in the freezing weather. While the springs weren’t replaced, Trevor did electronically readjust the door closure so no light appeared under the door. Trevor arrived when stated on time, retrieved the necessary parts, and replaced them in a competent, professional manner. I’m highly satisfied with the entire process.

After a power outage, my garage doors weren’t closing properly or opening correctly. I called precision door this morning and they were here a few hours later and had the problem corrected in less than an 30 minutes. I have used precision for several years now and have been extremely happy with their service.

Trevor was knowledgeable and efficient in repairing the broken door. Very nice guy.

Excellent! Vincent, Josh and Spencer, what a team! These professionals worked very efficiently to assess our needs and get our new garage door installed in 5 days! Vincent bid the job and arranged for Josh to repair a broken spring until our installation could take place. Spencer installed the new door in less than 4 hours. They were prompt for the appointments, explained everything completely and were professionals in all aspects of getting our new garage door. I would HIGHLY recommend Precision Garage Door to any one needing a new door or repair.

Josh did a great job in analyzing the garage door hardware and operator problems and was able to clearly go over all the problems that needed to be corrected. He showed me the issues with the door cables and well as the systems failures of the door operator. I highly recommend Precision door service to anyone who has garage door issues. They provided a great door operator with some of the best features available.
