I could not be happier with the service that we received today. Dylan was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our appointment was for 12:00 PM and I was notified that this was the start of a 2 hour window for arrival. Dylan was at my house 10 minutes early. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did not pressure us into doing anything more than just the part that was broken. We chose to go the route that gave us a lifetime warranty which included much more than the bad part. Within an hour and a half everything was completed and we were taken care of. This was my second time using Precision and I will continue to do so and to refer anyone I know as well! Thank you!

Precision had the spring needed to fix the door. (Another company I had used in the past said none would be available until July 9. It is a fact that supplies are often difficult to come by at this time.) Dylan called ahead. Assessed the situation. Provided five options for repair. Completed the installation and was on his way to the next job in less than an hour. I will be calling Precision Door Service for any future garage door needs.
