Vince was prompt, timely, and kept me posted every step of the way. Vince was extremely knowledgeable and had my door running again in no time. When he was explaining what was needed and the different options, he was very patient with my questions so that I would know the best option for me. I’ve been with Precision for 12 years and I would highly recommend them. They have serviced my door almost yearly and this was the first repair I’ve needed.
