Vincent was very courteous and professional, he knows what hes talking about and was able to not only fix my door he also installed a new opener on another door, he did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him and Precision door.

Vincent M. was amazing ! He was very thorough in explaining what was going on. He had a couple options available with him and shared pros and cons for each. (price was reasonable)He went above and beyond and we are very happy we went with Precision.

Russell Holland was a technician who came out to look at my door he did an excellent job he spotted some things that needed to be corrected and had everything with him to do it on the side he was very friendly and very helpful he explained everything really well I would call back anytime to have further work done if needed and I recommend Precision Door to anybody who needs help with their garage door

Russell Holland showed up after calling to let me know he was on his way walked me through everything let me make decisions and ask about upgrades with no pressure got the job done in a timely manner and also fixed a few other minor things with better product than what was already there highly recommend Russell and will be calling him directly or the great team at precision door thank you

I was disappointed that the broken spring could not be replaced and we needed a whole new door instead but I guess it was an old style and this couldn’t be helped. But I was also disappointed that we lost 6 inches of clearance with the door opened and that hadn’t been pointed out to me until after the new door was installed. OK for now but could pose a problem in the future with other cars. But the technician was prompt and courteous and did a good job with the installation.

What can I say? Fantastic response from PDS, including Dylan, our service tech. Details are too numerous to mention, but suffice it to say, you/he responded to a semi-emergency service request on the same day we contacted the company. Then, after working longer than expected on a call in WVC, he gladly came all the way up to our home in Emigration Canyon after 5:00, stayed until nearly 6:30, and took care of everything. He communicated throughout the process, and gave us an estimate for some more involved repairs, which we are planning on accepting. If I could vote six stars I would, but five will have to suffice.

Russell was very professional, courteous, and had the knowledge to identify and fix the problem.

Bryan the technician was knowledgeable courteous . Explained everything in detail. To include the billing process. And possible upcoming issues that might occur with my garage door. And gave me a quote on those issues . If I chose to do preventive maintenance in the future. Excellent service.

Bryan did a great job Oiling the hinges loosened things up and the door was not working properly later in the evening I called first thing the next morning, Bryan returned as quickly as he could to make the adjustments! Great service
