I give Precision 5 stars! From start to finish. I was able to get a tech same day, they sent a picture of the tech and message me their eta, My tech Russell was warm, easy to experience and his technical knowledge was reassuring he understood all the problems and was ready to work. I wish more companies were this efficient and dedicated to their craft. I felt the cost match the services received. Highly recommend!

Dylan came quickly and assessed the repair. He then provided us with several options for servicing. After comparing we asked about upgrading with a new door. Dylan personally worked up options, on-site, and we chose the best option for us. We look forward to our new door which will be installed next week.

Vince was prompt, timely, and kept me posted every step of the way. Vince was extremely knowledgeable and had my door running again in no time. When he was explaining what was needed and the different options, he was very patient with my questions so that I would know the best option for me.
