Russell Holland was a technician who came out to look at my door he did an excellent job he spotted some things that needed to be corrected and had everything with him to do it on the side he was very friendly and very helpful he explained everything really well I would call back anytime to have further work done if needed and I recommend Precision Door to anybody who needs help with their garage door

I was disappointed that the broken spring could not be replaced and we needed a whole new door instead but I guess it was an old style and this couldn’t be helped. But I was also disappointed that we lost 6 inches of clearance with the door opened and that hadn’t been pointed out to me until after the new door was installed. OK for now but could pose a problem in the future with other cars. But the technician was prompt and courteous and did a good job with the installation.
