Jon from Precision Door performed prompt and superb work in fixing my garage door that I backed into with the car after the pull cord got attached in the door, causing the door to fall as I backed out. Worried and anxious, I felt comforted when Jon calmly assessed the situation and went right to work fixing the door. Within about an hour he had the bend taken out of the door and other operational issues addressed and fixed. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for prompt, efficient, knowledgeable door repair service!

Tech is fine, but your sales tactics are sleazy. You quoted me $79.00 for a service call, then tried to tack on a $10.00 “environmental fee.” Why didn’t you quote me $89.00 from the get go? I refused to pay the $10.00 charge. By the way, where does the $10.00 go? It simply goes into your company’s pocket. Complete rip-off. The prices quoted for new motors were not even competitive. I will make sure my friends do not make the mistake of calling you!
