Explained the steps to remove and install new door, tracks, spring, and opener. 4.Verified all equipment was what I ordered. 5. Did a fantastic job in a timely manner. = 5 stars Only garage door company I will use.

The door is a beautiful product. Had some issues at first because the door was not consistent with closing. It would come dow 90 percent and go back up. Then it would only go down about 4 inches, I know this was a new install and we had to work out the kinks. It was a simple paper clip that nicked the wire. They diagnosed the issue and now it appears to be working fine.

Precision and Spencer, Jake and Cordon are fantastic. Our experience with Martin Door, however, has been the worst ever. They are non-responsive, hard to work with and do not care about the quality of their product.

Russell did an incredible job. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. He helped us make a big decision to replace rather than replace due the age of the door. He was not pushy, just stated facts. I had a lot of questions but he patiently answered them all. Thank you!!

Russell was awesome. It was obvious we had a broken spring. He checked for other issues as well, provided details as to the new spring needed and additional work that would help with our garage door. Gave us the price and completed the work within an hour.

The sales representative was a very nice, helpful and honest person. The door took months longer to arrive and we weren't notified of the delay initially. When contacted the company responded promptly, however. The door and the motor are very nice quality. Everything was installed in just a few hours by a very knowledgeable and experienced employee.
