I’m very happy with the service I received by Precision. I actually called back two days later and asked for Jeremy Evans to install a garage door handle for me. The company responded quickly, and Jeremy returned and did a great job, arriving earlier than I expected. I think he may have even cut his lunch short in order to help. He knew it was urgent, and he responded beyond my expectations. Jeremy Evans is an employee any company would be lucky to have. I couldn’t recommend him enough.

Wonderful service. Ryan went out of his way stopped by on his way home he walked me through my garage door, explained things for what I could do next time when it happened very polite very knowledgeable. Vincent went out of his way as well, when I called told him what I was experiencing what happened he said let me make a phone call. He called me back and said Ryan will stop by when he finished the job that he was doing that is customer service, going way out for the customers that are in the need of help . I'm glad I went with Precision Doors , Going above and beyond to help their customers

Trevor did an amazing job ordering and replacing a damaged garage door panel. He tracked down a special order replacement panel for a door no longer produced. Within a month he had a new matching panel, got it installed, and replaced all the rollers. He was here when he promised and always conducted himself in a friendly and professional manner.

Vincent was very thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He gave us two options for replacement of one of our garage doors and took the time make sure we understood those options. I appreciated the phone call letting us know he was on his way for our scheduled appointment ahead of time. Thank you Vincent for your great service.
