The tech was great and got the work done quickly. He obviously knows his work. Thank you for the prompt service, I will be calling again when I need want a garage door opener and garage door replacement.

I was disappointed that the broken spring could not be replaced and we needed a whole new door instead but I guess it was an old style and this couldn’t be helped. But I was also disappointed that we lost 6 inches of clearance with the door opened and that hadn’t been pointed out to me until after the new door was installed. OK for now but could pose a problem in the future with other cars. But the technician was prompt and courteous and did a good job with the installation.

What can I say? Fantastic response from PDS, including Dylan, our service tech. Details are too numerous to mention, but suffice it to say, you/he responded to a semi-emergency service request on the same day we contacted the company. Then, after working longer than expected on a call in WVC, he gladly came all the way up to our home in Emigration Canyon after 5:00, stayed until nearly 6:30, and took care of everything. He communicated throughout the process, and gave us an estimate for some more involved repairs, which we are planning on accepting. If I could vote six stars I would, but five will have to suffice.

Russell was very professional, courteous, and had the knowledge to identify and fix the problem.

Bryan the technician was knowledgeable courteous . Explained everything in detail. To include the billing process. And possible upcoming issues that might occur with my garage door. And gave me a quote on those issues . If I chose to do preventive maintenance in the future. Excellent service.

Bryan did a great job Oiling the hinges loosened things up and the door was not working properly later in the evening I called first thing the next morning, Bryan returned as quickly as he could to make the adjustments! Great service

Tech Jeff Zinz arrived early, diagnosed the acute problem along with some failures just waiting to happen (fraying cables, cracked rollers, etc) and fixed them promptly. Expert, courteous, and highly competent. He said he's been doing this for 8+ years now and I benefited from his experience/expertise. I would use this service again in the future.
