My garage door motor broke over the weekend. Precision got me scheduled early Monday morning for repair. Josh Stone arrived on time, was friendly, and diagnosed the problem quickly. He worked very efficiently to install a new motor and did some maintenance to ensure the garage rollers and spring were working correctly. He helped me set up my access pad with a new code. He didn't leave any mess behind. Overall, I am 100% satisfied.

This is the second time (first one was like 5-7years ago but different issue) I had my garage door serviced by Precision and in both instances, I had a pleasant experience from Customer Service to the Technician. And of course for this time, kudos to Russel Holland. He gave me a call as soon as he got a request from Customer Service to keep me posted of his time estimate. He was very upbeat and pleasant to work with, very nice guy. And most of all, he did a very good job and even made the replacement better than the original in a very short time.
